We are hitting the lambing season and there are lots of footpaths in the village that go through fields with Sheep and their young lambs. PLEASE KEEP YOUR DOGS ON LEADS WHEN YOU ARE IN THESE FIELDS. Thank you.

The Parish Council are working with the local police and West Berkshire Council to try and reduce the speeding that has increased in the area over lockdown and to address the bend at Brook House.

Stanford Dingley is a delightful village set in the heart of West Berkshire’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Pang Valley.

It is blessed with stunning walks, home to two very successful pubs, a diverse and active farming community and a incredibly historic and important Norman church, St Deny’s. We have an active events group and a historic village hall and village field facilitates a varied calendar of activities. We welcome you to explore our village!
