Speeding in the Village

Speeding in the village has increased over the last few month and has been brought to the attention of the Parish Council.

Action that is currently being taken is liaison with the local police and discussion with local farmers to ensure that tractor drivers adhere to speed limits through the village.

We are aware of particular repeat offenders and lines are being taken to try and address these individuals.

A speed awareness campaign is underway with the intention to put up signs in strategic places to alert drivers to dangerous areas of our roads.
